Quickbooks Error PS033 happens due to payroll services not being updated

Method 1:
You should download the latest payroll tax table from the
employees section of quickBooks.
Proceed to download the updates for the payroll.
Method 2:
You must rename the QuickBooks CPS folder, for this-
Locate - “C:\Program
Files\Intuit\QuickBooks\20QQ\Components\payroll\CPS”.
Continue to rename the CPS folder to CPSOLD.
Method 3:
Proceed to disable the UAC from the control panel.
Method 4:
By restarting and troubleshooting the system in the safe
mode and then you have to run ‘Verify and rebuild Data’.
